The different particle counters between air and water

Fine particulate counter suspended in the air so can be detected by handheld particle counter,
both weight and quantity can be detected.
Handheld particle counter cannot detect particles in the water.
Because air quality and water quality cannot judged by same standard.
About water, TDS detector, PH pen and ORP detecting pen can give accurate result.
