What is the LJ handheld particle counter?

Introduction:

Part 1.

Dust sensor

Our Handheld particle counter was designed by using the principle of laser scattering method

Adequate light intensity can recognize 0.3μm particulate. Working by this way is more accurate to detect particulate matter.

Traditional particle counter: most traditional particle counter in the market using infrared sensor,

weak light intensity cannot recognize particulate under 1μm. Device working on this way do not work accurate.

Part 2.

Air sampling unit

We use sampling air-extractor: High quality turbofan working time over thirty thousand hours,

working time with stable running speed. This sampling way keep sensor gets stable and accurate date,

noisy is very weak can be ignored.

Others: at present most factory using air pump gear, short time services time and noisy.

Some counter using ordinary fan, about 20 thousand lifetimes, air speed is not stable.

After sometimes usage, data cannot keep same accuracy.

Part 3.

Device sampling time

Device need 5 seconds reaction time, data can be zero. 30 seconds sample air collecting time.

Part 4.

Detecting channel

About us: two in one channel, detecting particulate matter( both 2.5 μm and 10 μm)，weight and quantity can be detected.

Moisture and temperature also checked.

Two result need only one keyboard toggle, everything one can operate it well.

Others: many counter in the market detect only weight but not include quantity.

Some check 2.5μm particulate matter. All operation will be easy.
